LOCAL PICKUP POLICY

Local pickup orders should be picked up within 7 days of receiving your ready-for-pickup notification.

Please keep an eye on your email (including your spam/junk folder) for your pickup notification.

I understand that things happen! If you're unable to pick up within 7 days, please reach out to make arrangements. Due to limited storage space, completed orders cannot be held indefinitely.

Orders that have not been picked up after 30 days may receive an additional reminder. Orders remaining unclaimed after 60 days may no longer be available.

SHIPPING POLICY

Most items are made to order. Please allow approximately 10–15 business days for production unless otherwise stated on the product listing. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Turnaround time begins once your order and payment have been received.

Once your order is complete and ready to ship, you will receive an email with tracking information. Shipping/transit time is additional to the production turnaround time and may vary depending on the carrier.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. J Pearl LLC is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

LOST, STOLEN & MISSING PACKAGES

Most shipments include shipping insurance. If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact J Pearl LLC so I can assist with the next steps and file an insurance claim when applicable.

Insurance claims are subject to the shipping carrier's requirements and approval. Refunds or replacements for lost packages will be handled once the claim has been reviewed and approved.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you are unable to locate it, please check around your property, with household members or neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier. J Pearl LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
